This will take you to our secure shopping cart where you may choose the quantity of the product you wish to purchase. Shipping- Shipping costs are exceedingly high for all carriers due to fuel surcharges, it is a difficult situation and like everyone, we are attempting to deal with these increases as best we can. To save our customers even more, we offer FREE SHIPPING on most of the Animal Naturals line of Canine Nutrition based on dollar value! For items that we do charge freight, we do not believe in profiting from shipping charges, therefore we do not calculate shipping charges based on a flat rate or percentage of sale. We charge the actual price of shipping based on the total weight of your order, and the number of packages required to ship the order.

Shipping charges are calculated in real time directly from United Parcel Service. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders for in-stock merchandise generally ship within 24 - 36 business hours.

Expedited orders (UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select) will ship the next business day. Shipping time is not, however, guaranteed and can be longer during show, trial season and inclement weather. UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day. Package can be tracked in transit. No delivery to PO boxes. Please note that UPS does not consider the day of shipping as transit time so, for example, an item shipped 3 Day Select on Monday will not arrive until Thursday. We can ask UPS to leave your package in a specified location at your request, but it is ultimately at the driver's discretion to decide whether a signature is required.

UPS generally requires a signature in the following cases:
The package is being delivered to an apartment, condominium, or business complex.
The package's contents are valued at more than $150.
The driver feels it isn't a safe place to leave a package.
If you are not likely to be home when the package arrives, you might leave a note asking the driver to leave the package with a neighbor or building manager.

Sales Tax- Applicable sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of California. This tax, when applicable, will be reflected on your computer-generated order form.
